Hi! I’m Ruthy. I live in Katy Texas, I am the momma and the baker behind Cake Fairy and I have to say that….I LOVE CAKE!!!!
I’m devoted to the art of baking, cake & confection design, plants, flowers, good coffee…anything pretty, baked and sweet.
My desire for baking started on 2008 when I began to teach myself various baking/decorating techniques with the tips that I saw online and on TV.
It has since turned into a passion that I hold very close to my heart, and I truly regard cake decorating as a way to celebrate an infinite number of happy occasions that can bring friends and family together.
Baking is a sacred thing to me, an act of love and transformation. Is the satisfaction of creating something wonderful from a few ingredients and the look on someone’s face when they take that first bite and find out it does taste as good as it looks.
So I present my work to you, Cake Lovers, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
